  • You grant 333 AUTO WORLD a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform your submitted videos in all media formats and channels now known or later developed.
  • You retain ownership of your original content, but 333 AUTO WORLD has the right to edit, modify, and repurpose the content as we see fit.
  • You waive any moral rights or rights of attribution with respect to our use of the content.
  • You understand that we may use your content without providing attribution, though we may choose to credit you at our discretion.
  • You acknowledge that the $25 payment (if your video is approved) constitutes full consideration for the rights granted.

5. SHARING OF INFORMATION

333 AUTO WORLD shares information we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The types of entities with whom we share information include:

  • Service providers who process information on our behalf
  • Affiliates for internal business purposes

  • We pay $25 for each approved video (subject to our internal budget)

  • The best videos (based on engagement metrics) may be eligible for prize drawings including iPhone, watches, headphones and other bonuses
  • All payments and prizes are subject to applicable tax reporting requirements
  • We are not obligated to purchase every video submitted

For the UGC Video Program specifically:

  • Submitters must be at least 18 years old
